Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc. was founded on December 17, 1985 as a family business owned by God.  Bart Azzarelli, Jr., his wife, Jan and Tim Pirc, the company's first employee, have worked arduously to create the company that exists today.   The company's values are best described by its mission statement:

The purpose of our business is to glorify God by serving you with the most excellent product possible, that by this our Lord Jesus might be able to say... "Well done good and faithful servant."

Currently, Dallas 1 employs over 100 full-time team members.  Our assets include exceptionally devoted and superior personnel, a drive for excellence, stellar credit and commitment to prayer and glorification of God.
