Bart Azzarelli – CEO & Founder

Bart Azzarelli, Jr., CEO, AfC of Dallas 1 Corporation, has been blessed with a wife and lifetime partner for forty years, Jan.  They have two children, B.J. and Gina, along with daughter-in-law Cyndi and three grandchildren, Desiree, Aidan and Megan.  For the past forty three years Bart has been in the underground utility business. He is licensed as a Certified Underground Utility Contractor in Florida and North Carolina and a Class V Fire Line Contractor in the State of Florida.  He also has an AA Degree in Civil Engineering from Central Florida College.

After accepting Jesus as his personal Savior on October 20, 1985, Bart and Jan founded Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc., December 17, 1985 as a family owned business, based on Biblical principles. Since 1985 he has been a steward over as many as 160 souls at one time.  These accomplishments are credited to the fact that Dallas 1 is a closely held corporation that equips and encourages the employees to conduct their business and personal lives according to Biblical principals.  The business is operated by our mission statement, vision statement and core values.

Prior to Dallas 1 Corporation, Bart served as Utility Superintendent for Azzarelli Construction from January 1969 to August of 1983.  From August of 1983 to November of 1985 he was the General Manager at Southern Water Contractors.

Bart is currently the Chairman of the Board of Dallas 1 Corp.; Dallas 1 Construction LLC, North Carolina; and Faith Tampa Bay, with a goal to unite the Body of Christ according to Jesus’ last will and testament, John 17:20-23. He is on the Board of National Christian Foundation of Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay Baptist Foundation and Seafarers Ministry.  He is also a member of C-12, Fellowship of Companies for Christ and has numerous other business affiliations both locally and nationally.

Bart’s involvement also includes ministering to employees and anyone else the Lord places in his path.  As an Ambassador for Christ, based on II Cor. 5:20 ~ “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us; we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.” (NKJV) Bart is committed to the ministry of being reconciled to God through His Son, Jesus Christ.
