Paul Lancaster – President

Paul R. Lancaster Jr., President of Dallas 1 Corporation has been with the company for 13 years.  He holds a license as a Certified Underground Utility Contractor and a Class V Fire Line Contractor in the State of Florida. 

Lancaster received his BA degree in American History from the University of South Florida in 1976.

Previously, Lancaster served as pipe superintendent for Azzarelli Construction, Woodruff and Sons, Southern Water Contractors, Trujillo Construction and Akers & Associates.  During a portion of his employment with Woodruff and Sons and with Trujillo Construction, he served as Vice President.  He has served on the Board of Directors for Family Life Resources since 2007.

Lancaster has been involved in the Site Development/Underground Construction Industry since the early 1970’s.   Strong relationships have been established with municipalities, private developers, suppliers and other contractors throughout West Central Florida, especially in the Tampa Bay area.

Paul is a member of Brandon First United Methodist Church. He completed his 50 hours of training to become a Stephen Minister in April 2010.  He has been a member of The C12 Group since 2000.
